    What is eParavolo (Press to Open/Close)

    Participation in the examinations requires payment of the applicable Administrative Fees (eParavolo). Relevant codes are: 3393 (Initial Examination) and 3394 (Resit Examination).

    Payment is required per subject. For example, if applying for 3 initial subjects (€15 each) and 1 resit subject (€15), submit one payment of €45 using code 3393, and a separate payment of €15 using code 3394.

    During the eParavolo payment process, clearly list all subjects covered by the payment in the 'Additional Information' field.

    Please upload the PDF files generated through the eParavolo system. The actual payment receipt does not need to be submitted; however, it is mandatory to include a file with the eParavolo number. Check this example for reference

    Before submitting your application, please carefully review all entered information for accuracy and completeness. Incomplete or inaccurate applications may not be forwarded to the HCAA.




    Consent: By submitting this form, you acknowledge and consent to the data handling practices described below. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with the submission.


    Post-Submission Information and Data Handling

    Confirmation: Upon successful submission, a confirmation email containing a copy of your application will be sent to the email address provided. The ATO's Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (CTKI) will receive an email with your application among other details. Please review this confirmation carefully. If you identify any discrepancies, contact the CTKI immediately. Your application will be printed by the ATO and forwarded to the HCAA.

    Email Delivery: If you do not receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes of submission, please check your spam/junk folder. If the email is not found, your submission may not have been successful. Please attempt to resubmit the form or contact your CTKI for assistance.

    Data Handling and Privacy: Data submitted via this form is processed into a PDF document, potentially utilizing third-party services located outside the EU/EEA (e.g., United States). Your information will also be stored electronically (e.g., Google Sheet) and processed by your relevant ATO solely for the purpose of managing your examination application and related administrative requirements.
